1.2 Pay the balance of the deposit to the tenant as soon as possible after the completion of the rental contract, less the reasonable costs incurred by the breach of an obligation. If necessary, the landlord may withhold the deposit until the local authority confirms that no housing allowance paid to the lessor is refundable. The production of documents for the tenant(s) or the authorization to sign the contract may be interpreted as an intention to make a lease in the course of operations. If the landlord is willing to proceed, present the tenant (tenants) with the two copies of the agreement they must sign. Once the tenant(s) have signed, the landlord must sign and return a copy to the tenant(s). 4. Before this rental agreement can be terminated, the lessor must transmit all terminations in accordance with the provisions of the Housing Act.
